Impact of water use on agriculture (Technical Conference BARCELONA, 3 July 2017)

The Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food, together with the Cartographic and Geological Institute of Catalonia and LabFerrer, organize a conference on 3rd July to discuss methods of accounting for water consumption and the environmental impact of uses of the resource.

Policies for saving and efficient use of water will be key in the climate change scenarios that affect the Mediterranean region and that will accentuate the vulnerability of this resource.
